Privacy notice
This notice explains the processing of personal data when you visit this website or take part in the Live Sale interest check.

2. Website delivery and hosting
When you visit the website, technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular your IP address, time of access, requested address and browser information. This is needed to operate the website securely. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is reliable and secure delivery.
The application itself does not write permanent access logs. The website is hosted by OVHcloud, which may create technical logs to operate and secure the infrastructure. See OVHcloud's privacy policy for further information.
3. Interest form and email confirmation
When you submit a request, we store your email address, language, answers about your shop and live selling, any shop size you provide voluntarily, request and confirmation times, confirmation status and the version of the consent text in SQLite. Your answers are used to assess internally whether your request matches the criteria of this interest check. This does not make an automated decision about a contract or access.
If present, we store the campaign parameters utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and gclid with your request. The pseudonymous session identifier described in section 5 is also stored with the request so campaign events can be attributed to it.
We use this information to verify and evaluate the interest check, prevent duplicate or abusive requests and assess demand. By submitting the form, you consent to processing your details for the interest check (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The confirmation email only verifies your request; no further promotional or product emails are sent automatically.
4. Confirmation email through Brevo
We transmit your email address, the message content including the confirmation link and the information needed for delivery to Brevo to send the requested confirmation email. We do not submit consent for contact-level pixel tracking for this message. See Brevo's privacy policy for further information. The legal basis is the purpose described in section 3.
5. Reach and campaign measurement
The application stores daily totals of page views and visits by language, as well as aggregate visit counts by country. The country code comes from a trusted hosting header or is determined locally from the network address; the address is not sent to a geolocation service for this purpose.
To recognise repeated views during a visit, we derive an identifier from the network address and browser information using a secret value. The identifier used for visit counting stays in memory and is removed on the next visit count after 30 minutes of inactivity or when the server restarts. For visits carrying the Meta test campaign parameters, we also store events such as page view, click, form start, submission and confirmation with a timestamp, campaign parameters and a pseudonymous session identifier in SQLite. That identifier can be linked to an email address through a submitted form. The website does not receive Meta impressions, click costs or similar data from Meta and does not send events to Meta.
The website does not set cookies or use an external analytics service for this measurement. Fonts, styles and images are served locally. The legal basis for internal reach and campaign analysis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is understanding website use and demand for the proposed service.
6. Retention
The confirmation link is valid for seven days. Unconfirmed requests are deleted during a later new signup once the link has been expired for more than seven days. This cleanup does not happen automatically without another signup. There is currently no automatic deletion period for confirmed requests or stored campaign events; they remain until manually deleted.
7. Contact and recipients
If you contact us by email, we process your message, address and any other information you provide to reply to you (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on the request). OVHcloud and Brevo provide the website hosting and email delivery services. Only authorised people can access stored requests and analysis through the protected admin area.
8. Your rights
You can withdraw consent by email at any time with effect for the future. Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
9. Data security
We restrict access to personal data and deliver the website over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
